discovering magic»»
Well its very simple actually. I discovered magic due to one of the best half giants I know. And that guy would have to be Hagrid. He was the one who told me I was a wizard on my eleventh birthday. And so I graciously have him to thank for it. If it wasn't for him I probably would be still sitting in Privet Drive. And that would have been really depressing. I honestly can say that.
Also I have to give the Headmaster, Professor Dumbledore some credit as well. He is a wonderful man and a great mentor. Though I don't understand some of the things he does some times. But I suppose that's a mysterious wizard for you. It always seems like once you think you have a person they just seem to give you turns where ever you go. Anyway, for many years now I have come quite cozy with being what I am. Personally I don't think that I would change that for the world. Especially for the friends that I have.

full personality»»
Well in an over all sense I feel I am a pretty well rounded guy. I never am too boisterous. I usually and pretty reserved, but I am a social being. I like hanging with friends and that. I enjoy my days flying around as well, especially for Quiddich. I enjoy my days as a student at hogwarts. I wouldn't switch it for nothing. Nothing at all.
I enjoy going to hogsmead and spending my afternoons there just relaxing. I like girls, there's a few in specific. I take most things with good nature stride, but I do have my down falls now and again.I mean everyone has there falls from grace. I have a better knack for chess, all due to Ron. Though he still beats me. Most of the staff I like at the school. Though there is one or two that drive me nuts.
Professor Snape happens to be one of them. He is such a cruel man. I really can't see why the Headmaster keeps him around. Though I suppose I wouldn't want to really know. But the guy does creep me out. Then there is also the Divination's teacher. She seems a little psycho to me. But who knows she may or may not be.
The one thing that I hate the most though is Voldemort. Yes I have no problem saying his name so get over it. I don't fear him. I just really don't like him one bit. Honestly I hope that he is gone sooner or later. Its the one biggest pet peeve I have. And the biggest one that I ever will have. As for the Death Eaters, don't like them either. And Malfoy is an annoying whiny prat. [/size][/li][/ul]

full history»» A lonely young orphan who, on his eleventh birthday, learned that he was a wizard. He began attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to learn magic. Under the guidance of the kindly headmaster Albus Dumbledore, Harry discovered that he was already famous throughout the wizarding world, and that his fate was tied with that of Lord Voldemort, the universally feared Dark wizard who killed Harry's father and mother. When Harry was a little over a year old, for some reason, had survived Voldemort's Killing Curse, which rebounded and ripped Voldemort's soul from his body. As a result, Harry began to carry around the legacy of a lightning-bolt shaped scar on his forehead. Harry was and still today famous as the only known person to survive "Avada Kedavra", the killing curse, and from that point on was known as "The Boy Who Lived". Technically, Voldemort also had survived, although only his soul remained after his body was destroyed.
Thus he was know as an orphan living miserably with his only remaining family, the cruel Dursleys. However on his eleventh birthday, he learned that he was a wizard when Rubeus Hagrid arrives to tell him that he was to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. There he learned about his parents and his connection to the Dark Lord. He was sorted into Gryffindor House, became friends with classmates Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, and foils Voldemort's attempt to steal the Philosopher's Stone that very first year. He also formed rivalries with Draco Malfoy, a classmate from an elitist wizarding family, and the cold, condescending Potions master, Severus Snape, Draco's mentor and the head of Slytherin House at the time.
In second year Harry meets the Chamber of Secrets, which pitted Harry against Tom Marvolo Riddle, Lord Voldemort's "memory" within a secret diary which had possessed Ron's younger sister Ginny Weasley. When Muggle-born students were suddenly being petrified, many suspect that Harry may have been behind all the attacks, further alienating him from his peers. Ginny disappeared and who else but to have come and rescue her, none other than Harry. Harry battled Riddle and the monster he controlled that was hidden in the Chamber of Secrets. Third year, Harry, learned that his parents were betrayed to Voldemort by their friend Peter Pettigrew, who framed Harry's godfather Sirius Black for the crimes, condemning him to Azkaban prison. When Sirius escapeed to seek revenge, Harry and Hermione use a Time Turner to save him and a hippogriff named Buckbeak. But Pettigrew escaped, and an innocent Sirius remained a hunted fugitive.
Fourth year, Harry's maturity became apparent when he became romantically interested in Cho Chang, a Ravenclaw student. Tension mounted, however, when Harry was mysteriously chosen by the Goblet of Fire to compete in the dangerous Triwizard Tournament, even though another Hogwarts champion, Cedric Diggory, was already selected. It was actually Voldemort's elaborate scheme to lure Harry into a deadly trap. During the Tournament's final challenge, Harry and Cedric were teleported to a graveyard. Cedric was killed, and Voldemort, aided by Peter Pettigrew, used Harry's blood in a gruesome ritual to resurrect Voldemort's body. When Harry dueled Voldemort, their wands' magical streams connected, forcing the spirit echoes of Voldemort's victims, including Cedric and James and Lily Potter, to be expelled from his wand. The spirits briefly protect Harry as he escaped back to Hogwarts with Cedric's body. This moment in time showed Harry's bravery, and by retrieving Cedric's corpse, he demonstrated selflessness and compassion.

Harry had lost his train of thought. Actually his mind was buzzing and yet at the same time it had almost nothing up there at all it seemed. Yet somehow he seem to feel that something was nawing at the back of his neck or mind, whichever it was. Something was wrong. Though he didn't know totally what. Maybe things were starting to get to him and he was begining to feel that something bad was going to happen every year that he went to school. Granted every year that he had been there, there had been something bad that had happened but that was beside the matter. Now he was back in reality land and that was what counted now.
"Um...Oh his Susan! Uh no nothings wrong, not really....well somehow I don't know. Maybe there is, but as of now I don't fully know what it is other than the usual. So what about you? Got anything on your mind?" he said after only being minor jumpy at the fact that Susan had just shown up. He had been so focused on wondering if his two friends were going to be there to forget about the fact that there could be others that would and could chat with him. Though not many others did. Thats the strangest thing, he wasn't expecting it.
She was lucky that he wasn't more caught off guard and had accidently thrown his food across the room. That would have been a interesting specticle, however for the fact that he would have lost his food in the process. He did however put the Daily Prophet down on top of his books. He then had made sure to turn and fully face her. He gave her a warm smile, trying to shrug of any ill resinating feelings that may be somehow eminating off of him. He didn't want a girl like her to have to worry about him. Sure it had been a bumpy start to a year, but it was no excuse to be rude. He gestured her to sit if she so desired so she could chat better with him. .
